Ms Edna and Ms Anitha are wonderful teachers and we had opportunity to interact with them. They are simply amazing and my kid loves them. He is excited to be in their classroom and he learned a lot from these amazing teachers.

Ms Suzanna is the perfect teacher for our son! He is learning so much at this school and my wife and I feel confident in our decision to send our kids here. We love this Carrington Academy and were very happy with the staff. We genuinely feel like our kids are loved and well cared for when theyre not with us, and for that we are very grateful.

This is a wonderful preschool. The teachers take good of my son, especially Ms. Faith and Mrs. Yamini. I think the best thing about Carrington is the daily outdoor time. Twice a day, my son is outdoors in the fresh air and has ample bicycles, swings and slides to play with.

Honestly the worst daycare weve been to. Finally had to pull our kids out when we were told the heat wasnt working (middle of winter) and for our kids to leave jackets on all day instead of just fixing the heat??? But there were red flags before this. Classrooms below the Pre-K level have almost no educational or artistic engagement compared to other schools weve been at. They certainly dont follow the curriculum they claim to have. Most of the day seems to be free play. Their private pre-k teacher does do a really good job and has very good lesson plans. Any issues we had were ignored by administrators. At best they would pretend to care and not do anything about it. At worst they lied about what was happening, in direct contradiction of what their staff was telling us or what wed discussed with other members of the administration or in some cases things wed seen with our own eyes. In other cases they just didnt respond at all. They drove off good teachers and could not find suitable replacements. Most of the staff seem very afraid of being fired for saying too much and getting on the administrations bad side. They had very high turn over rates and parents were not kept in the loop (not even emails to let us know teachers were leaving or about new hires/replacements/teacher shuffling) However, it seemed like every week they were sending out emails to all parents from a shared admin email about issues they were clearly having with individual parents rather than addressing issues directly with those parents. They also constantly sent out emails to change policies with almost no notice. Such as changing when children needed to be to school by in order to receive morning snack (we got no less than 10 all-parent emails about this subject during our short time at this school). It was very frustrating to feel like they were constantly policing/scolding parents while not fixing real issues with the school. In addition to not fixing issues, they also didnt seem to spend any time planning fun activities for the kids. Other Carringtons we went to had parties and spirit weeks or contests for various holidays. This school didnt do any parties or contests and spirit weeks were often announced with almost no notice (sometimes the day before) for you to actually get any of the needed outfits or items.
