Ace and Rick came out to do a run of the mill cleaning on a new to me home. Not 2 minutes after they arrived we discovered some pretty extensive mold throughout the entire system. It was apparent a simple cleaning wasnt going to do anything. They laid out my options and put a plan together to completely eliminate the issue. They immediately got started and worked until 8:30pm to make sure the job was done right. Very professional, great guys, and would hire them again.

Hello, MMI crew were EXCELLENT & professional. They first did their due diligence & took photos to show us what our vents looked like & honestly it was big surprise what is inside of our home vents. Ace the Team Lead educated us & gave us all options in what we needed in order to take care the air duct cleaning. We had all air ducts vacuumed, wet & dry fog cleaning, so all the vents are disinfected with herbal dry fog cleaning. We also got our dryer vent cleaned & there was so much lint that fell out from the outside vent opening & cleaned out large bird nest. It was pretty costly but seemed a lot got done & absolutely feel it was all worth it to have fresh, clean air running throughout the house. The crew spent four hours getting the full job completed. I am going to recommend my kids to get their dryer vent cleaned for now considering their home is only 3 years old. We feel it was a good moneys spent for clean air & less dust in the home.

I had my air duct supply and return lines cleaned. Ace and his crew were professional, very nice, and did a wonderful job. I cannot believe how clean my air ducts are now compared to how dirty they were before. This is the second house i have lived in recently and I have had MMI clean the air ducts in both homes. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed! So worth the money. I no longer see dust flying out of my vents when the heat and AC run. Thanks MMI for a job well done again.
