        Vent was cleaned. They broke the vent going into the wall and did not repair it! I spoke with Scott several times-someone came out and agreed a part was even missing. They tried to say it had been broken before-this was the first and only time it had been cleaned. Never heard back from them! Disappointing!

        The whole experience from initial point of contact through service was phenomenal! Everything was explained in great detail both on their website and on the phone. The crew showed up on time. They were courteous and kind. They cleaned up afterwards. I feel like we are breathing easier already. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will certainly use again.
