I recently had the pleasure of working with Cedric Rice on a transaction, where he worked as the buyers agent. It's so refreshing to work with an agent that is such a high communicator. He was kind, professional and honest. We faced some challenges during our contract and I admired how well he handled the situation. Cedric is an incredible buyer's agent and person. If I ever needed to refer a client to a fellow agent, he'd be at the time of my list! I would LOVE the opportunity to work with him again in the future :)

Nice people Shane mask is very nice the technology is very behind theres no mentorship program or any type of things thats are a real value add for agents in the future please be less cheap and invest into your business you cant expect your company to grow with profitable agents and you offer them NOTHING
