I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Vicki was spot on with the amount we listed for which caused higher bids and got us a better price. Then we were having trouble moving everything out in time and Vicki went above and beyond to help us get everything out by the dead line. We wouldnt have made it without her help. I recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

When I first begin the house buying process, I was still in the military and stationed across the US in San Diego, CA. As I browse through various listings, I would see a home pop on the market and be gone before I could even get real 'eyes' on the property. Eventually I met Vicki and later her team member Jilian and the rest is history. Throughout the home buying process, their team was exceptional in the buying process. Whether it was FaceTime or video call, constant emails and text messages, I was able to adequately feel the experience of viewing homes from the other side of the world. Vicki's and Jilian's attention to detail helped secure my first home purchase where we were able to close on my home in Senoia, GA.
Fast forward a few years and life changes. I had to list my home for sale as tech layoffs happened and the economy changed. Although interest rates where long gone from the 2.75% I secured a few years prior, I was able to eventually sell the same property with the assistance of the PickiVicki team. While in the process of selling, there were a few pitfalls that I ran across. However, Jilian and Vicki did the absolute best in ensuring the process was as smooth as possible. I am not sure how my listing would have went had I not encountered and worked with both Jilian and Vicki.
If you are ever in the housing market in GA and you are not sure where to start, I would highly recommend the PickiVicki team, you will not be disappointed. The knowledge shared about various areas and school systems was instrumental in the location in which I chose to purchase.

This mere box will not suffice nor could ever hold the amount of kindness someone like Vicki deserves ! Vicki personally took charge of the entire process of remodeling and selling our home, she worked transparently and sincerely from the very beginning. The efforts she puts forward in taking action and communicating that action are in my personal experience, unprecedented !
Saying she is extremely knowledgeable of what she does is an understatement and I cannot honestly imagine, by any stretch, working with any such type of realtor or illuminating human such as Vicki ! She changes lives with out ever showing arrogance and truly expressing sincerity for what she does !
Vicki you have our sincerest and utmost gratitude for how youve changed our lives and allowed for a new chapter to be opened !
