Absolutely horrible service department!! Do not take your vehicle here. They have had my 2021 Jeep for 5 months doing warranty work. They miss diagnosed it several times causing nothing but more and more wait time. Ive gone up 3 different times and they have no clue what they are doing!! After talking to the service manager again and again he is as lost as last years Easter egg!!! Now they are just replacing the entire engine! Theyve had the new engine for a month and cant figure out how to put it in. Please dont use people. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership.

Bought a Malibu from them April 2021. I have had problems ever since. First problem was maybe a week later of buying the car, I had a weak battery. Second problem came was some bad spark plugs. Now Im dealing with a third problem of the Check Engine light and sluggish performance overall by the car. They also have sold me a warranty on the car that doesnt help out at all. I have reached out to them with questions and to see if they can lead me to the right directions but dont. I had lots of questions bout different things but they failed to answer any of them like it was none of their problems.

If I could give this place no stars I would but people need to know how dirty this place really is they will sell you a lemon! Knowing its a lemon! Ive seen it happen 2 time after spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle they sold me that had problems from the start Im still scared to drive the car because it may not crank or it may anywhere you go in it the people will tell you that your Warranty want cover certain things to get more cash money from you! Meanwhile I had warranty on everything! Literally the best package out there! These people have gotten about 20000 dollars from innocent people that just need a ride they also will illegally tear up your paper work and put someone else your vehicle without knowledge these people are really dirty people and I would never recommend getting a vehicle from them! Btw theres a reason why you test drive only (around) the block!

Ran low on coolant well passing through, got us fixed up and on the way within minutes. Very friendly.
