Excellent customer service . Wish all Fed Ex stores were on point like this one . All employees were so pleasant and helpful. They had my 5 orders almost ready for me as I arrived and did not have to have ready til Monday but I needed them today . Keep doing an amazing job ladies !! You are doing an outstanding job !!

Staff made no effort in engaging with us after waiting for over 15 minutes to simply drop off a package. Staff continued to chit chat instead of focusing on getting customers to go on their way. Ridiculous. Have some common courtesy with peoples time.

Maybe people don't normally buy headphones here but I bought a pair a while ago and tried to return them. I was told by an employee that they don't take personal items. Went online and actually talked to a customer service rep and was told the exact opposite. Came back to return them, manager tried to fight me on it. Pointed to a small policy sign hidden behind another sign. No one is reading that ma'am. What you considered a "personal item" wasn't listed. That was your opinion, not policy. I got my refund at least. If you're going to refuse headphones because you personally consider them a "personal item" make that known in the front of the store next to the headphones so people won't waste their time buying a cheap product.

Say they open at 8a during the weekday but do not abide their hours posted on door or online. Came by and line of people walking around and frustrated!! Window light says "Open" but door locked and inside lights off. Not the 1st time this happen!!
