      image My husband and I laugh about how badly we were scammed by this company. I'll try to keep it short. They made a huge hole in our ceiling and fixed nothing. And we are still paying them for this. I wish I was joking or even exaggerating. I'd reconsider going with this company. If you still decide to go with them, I IMPLORE you to stay away from an employee named Jesse Sims. He is so disrespectful, another employee apologized on his behalf. Talking to him feels like talking to a bully. Please have some understanding of the work you are asking them to do. I know that sounds crazy but it might keep you from being in a similar situation that we are in.
