Every Kid's Dentist and Orthodontics

I miss the fact that all of my children used to go here, but there's no Pediatric Dentist. However, I love this establishment. The receptionist are professional, and the dentist and orthodontist are very knowledgeable and patient.

The office is nice, and looks kid friendly, but I give it two stars because of my experience with one hygienist. She started off having somewhat of a attitude as if she didn't want to be a work in the first place. Then while doing my daughters sealants she was extremely not child friendly. She was completely unaware of my daughters cues that she was uncomfortable and pain, and would tell her to stop so she doesn't have to do it again instead of recognizing her extreme uncomfort. I stepped in and commented with my daughters obviously posturing that she needs to stop give her a break and sit her up and she rolled her eyes at me. She needs to work with adults, she should not be working with kids. Parents DO NOT allow your children to go in procedure rooms alone, some of these hygienist and dentist are too busy trying to hurry they ignore your kids pain and cues. I am a registered nurse and know how that could lead to even more dangerous emergencies. I wish Dr. Allen was still at this office, she was great.

Great dentists. I would definitely recommend them. My children are treated very well.

I have now been waiting for 40 mins The office is nice on the inside. Kid friendly. This is my first time here. I am upset that im still waiting to simply be signed in. I have been here 25 mins already. My appointment is at 10. I dont know why a patient would have to wait almost 30 mins to be signed in. I may not come back. Ill have to be wowed by the dentist to even consider returning. This is crazy. So i thought i update my review. Although i wasnt happy at first dr. Allen made me very happy. She was great with my daughter. Very thorough and concern. I believe she has great bedside manner. She gave me her direct number and was very apologetic about my wait. I believe they now have a long term patient.
