Stay away from this company, they scheduled my child and I took off from work only to charge my insurance and then say oh wow we cant schedule him for what he actually needs in 2024 What in the entire heck is this. Let me say scam company and I should have just driven an hour on the other side of town which Ill still have to do. The fact I had my credit card out ready to pay whatever to ensure my child was taken and handled was crazy. As a working mother its funny how these places scam people just to get them in the door. I will surly file a complaint with the attorney general because this practice cant be ok. Stay away and dont let them waste your time and money.

This dentist office has no respect for the time I took off my job for my son's appointment THEY MADE for me which was too early for my insurance to cover. Most respectable dentist offices check with insurance providers before giving an appointment. I don't have time or money to keep taking days off to get another appointment because of their negligence. I don't recommend this dentist office. They wasted my day coming here. Won't be back.

Always gives detailed information before and after appt for my daughter. Great atmosphere for kids to play in as they wait. Highly recommend.

Do not take your child here. The worse customer service EVER. My mother took my 4 year old for his routine exam. They made him go to the back on his own telling her there were too many parents in the back. That means schedule better, cleary. Then when she called me about it and let me know I told her to go look for him. She couldn't find him for over 5 minutes. As a parent that brings panick. On top of that I called the location while my mom was there, asking about policies and asking for manager names so I can call corporate. The sad excuse for an employee hung up on me. I called and left a message with corporate because what you don't do is play with someone's child. We'll see if corporate office is any better and I'll update the post. I know covid has made businesses have to hire anyone they can find, but this is not okay. Parent to parent, take your child somewhere you are respected and the money is earned. They will not recieve anymore of my insurance dollars to treat my child how they want too.
