SLUM LORD and SCAM ARTIST at its finest
Have talked to multiple ppl that he has SCAMMED...I say scammed because when you know of an issue and continue to rent to ppl YOU are a SCAMMER...He talks a good game...but that's just what it is GAME!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

I rented a property from this agency and it was a complete nightmare. I lived at the property for 6 years. The first 4 years were under a different management and during that time things were great. The last two years under Acceptable Properties were the worst years of my life. Repairs not done, mole, broken windows and lies about not receiving rent on time overcharges all kinds of things. This agency lies, be aware and keep copies of everything. It's passed the 30 days for my security deposit to be returned and the property manager is lying again!
