The Mrs. Nyeema at KPDD did a great job helping me when I had to Extend my vacate notice. She was very kind and understanding of my situation and show empathy

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Nyeemah for all the help and support she provided to my dad. She has been incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Mrs. Nyeemah was always available to answer any questions or concerns my dad had, and she went above and beyond to ensure that he was well taken care of. Her dedication and commitment to helping others are truly commendable.

Not being from Georgia was my first issue with finding a house. I went to KPDD and that's when it all changed. Soon as I went in I was greatest with a warm welcome by the staff. Ms Melina was above and beyond amazing. She let me view as many houses til I found my dream house to rent. I was in the hospital with my husband all week, she was there on Saturday after hours to assist with signing my lease. That was the greatest gift she could have taken out of her day to help with all the paper work and to give me my keys. Being able to help me around my schedule was amazing. I'm really happy with the customer service that I received and YES!! I WILL RECOMMEND YHEM TO ANYONE IN THE COLUMBUS AREA TO FIND A PLACE TO STAY. Thanks KPDD for all your help with finding is a place to stay and it was quick within a week.
