My friend on Brighton Road has had numerous problems with the house she is renting. She and her brother have disabilities and there have been trip hazards everywhere. Repairs have not been completed in a satisfactory or timely manner. It took forever for them to get the back porch repaired. There were missing portions and nails sticking out of boards everywhere. There is a side door that is partially completed with concrete blocks. Blocks are stacked nearby. And have been for a long time. It really would not take a conscientious, competent repairman that long to complete the job. If anyone comes out of that door they will have a nasty fall. One while they had a board across the outside to keep anyone from using that door. There are openings where rats or mice are entering. The person who sort of repaired the back porch and partially completed the side steps left materials and debris. They did not attempt to clean up behind themselves. There are cable and other wires all over the exterior of the house. Yeah. If you can't afford to do better you take what you can get.

Why would someone say that Turman is one if the best Reality Company there is. That is an outright lie. Turman is a slumlord, always has been one and always will be one. Take a look at the ratings and reviews, these ppl aren't lying. They take ur money faithfully every month but want fix a thing in or on their properties. Don't rent from these ppl yall. You will regret it
