        Every package I order that comes through this post office is either delayed for several days or never shows up.

        Let me start and say when your regular carrier is off, everything that could happens wrong happens! postal service has gotten ridiculous when it comes to your packages being delivered. They put your packages in other people mailbox . Riding up and down the street 8:30 pm, at night and this pass Saturday it was 9:30 pm! The person who was on the route didn't show, so are mail didn't get delivered!!! It's ridiculous!! You know when are regular carrier is off( she awesome).management needs to do better.

        The usps is getting very careless about people mail and packages. Ive ordered another package and it says delivered. Package isnt in the right parcel locker. If they are not familiar with area they do not need to be doing the route getting frustrated with this. Do not hire someone that doesnt take their job seriously. People spend hard earned money on stuff for it to say delivered and its not delivered to the correct mailbox or apartment number.

        The staff displayed good customer service. Ms. Andrea was very nice, patient, and informative. I went to get my child and my passports renewed; she made it a pleasant experience.

        How can a package be delivered at 10pm to a parcel locker when our neighborhood doesn't have a parcel locker? Maybe just admit you messed up (or stole it) and deliver it the next day and not lie about it.
