        I never get my packages on time. Sometimes they deliver it to the wrong house and when it does state that is delivered they keep on saying that its in a locker with no address and have to wait days until I get my package after complaining multiple times.

        Tried getting someone on the phone for over 30 minutes , finally some guy answered and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept cutting me off everytime i went to speak and when i asked him to stop and to let me speak he got an attitude and told me no because he already knew what i was going to say even tho he didnt , he just didnt want to help in any way . I always have problems with my mail and/or packages not getting delivered. When i told him he didnt know what i was going to say and to just let me speak that he was being rude he hung up on me
