We purchased my wedding ring from this place a year ago.. within that time I had to bring my ring back 5 different times due to diamonds falling out of the ring. The 1st time we brought it back was due to being able to hear loosening in the ring. They claim to have fixed it. 3 other times it was small diamonds they they claim they replaced this last time, the main diamond came out and he stated it was nothing he could do about it. Didnt even try to accommodate us! I will never ever ever shop with them again! My feelings are hurt and Im very disappointed

I'm giving this jewelry store a 1 because 0 wasn't available.I just got my Anniveraary ring not even 3 weeks ago and the stone fell out Wanted us to buy another ring even though we making payments on the 1st ring I wouldn't recommend this jewelry store to anyone.Was told they would try to fix it for free this time but if the stone falls out again,we are responsible for the repairs.I know they wouldn't want a product like this.
