when the sewage pipe outside my apartment got plugged and it backed up in my apartment. I had to put in an emergency request to get it fixed but it was closed the next day without any review. They didnt even come into in my apartment. I put in another one that day and no one came, and again they closed the ticket. During that time anytime someone had water running in any adjoining apartment the water would back up through the bathtub and toilet. There was raw sewage from the bathrooms all the way to the dinning room

Very beautiful property that is well kept and exudes southern hospitality. Mrs Lori not only helped me through the entire process, but also went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property. Again Mrs Lori has been the best property manager that Ive ever worked with and Im very grateful to have had the chance to work with her. She emphasized my needs and made sure that they were met! Great place to live!

Front office staff is amazing, and so is maintenance! The grounds are well kept and its a quiet place to live.
