Scam. Isn't a real business. Don't believe me? Feel free to drive by the address. The pool is green the office is empty.

Riverwalk Townhomes is a scam. I'm still not sure if it's even a legitimate business.
The property manager is impossible to get in tough with. She neither answers her phone nor her emails. I had to call Strategic Management Partners, the property's corporate headquarters/boss, to ask if the property was still under their management and confirm that I was using the correct phone number.
Strategic Management Partners confirmed the property exists and reached out to the property manager directly on my behalf. Only after her higher headquarters told her to call me back did she return my phone calls and online inquiry.
Her best advice was to "go on apartments.com to view the apartments and click the website button to apply." She also promised there was a 2bed/1.5bath townhome available.
I immediately applied, paid $100, and in keeping with her terrible
customer service, the property manager either refused or simply wasn't around to answer follow up phone calls or emails.
As a result of being left in limbo, I had to apply to another property, letting Riverwalk Townhomes scam me of $100 and continue to leave me without answers.
I feel scammed and cheated.
