Been here since July 2023 and the property manager Thoi has looked out for me and my brother. Even made sure that our application process went smoothly and saved us a lot of money in the process..

Thoi as a Property Manager was outstanding. He was very polite always smiling and doing everything he could to help and solve any problems. By far the best Property Manager I have had.

I enjoyed my stay here at legend of Armour. Thoi ( our residents manager) is a really cool guy. He always answered and returned calls. Never had to wait or run him down for paperwork or repairs (if any was needed). He even went beyond his call of duty. Like one time I had a bunch of groceries and I was very tired he was so nice he stopped what he was doing with no problem and help brought all my groceries in. I will always remember that and his so many acts of kindness. I've never had a property manager that has been as kind in my 50 something years of living. He truly cares about his tenants. Thank you Thoi for making my year stay as pleasant as it was. If ever I'm back in Columbus Georgia and decide to stay another year I would definitely choice this place because Thoi is such an awesome person and keep the place safe to live despite all that's going on in Columbus. The property was always safe and quiet with friendly neighbors as well. I would definitely refer people to Thoi ( Legend of Armour). Blessings to you.

It has been a pleasure living here. The Apartments manager Thoi is / has been very professional and accommodating . He addresses my residential concerns in a timely and efficient manner , he's a relatable people person in a professional way.
