Got stuck in ATL and booked this place at the last minute. Highly recommend! You can walk right to the Skytrin, which takes you to the airport for free. The hotel looks like it is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and in good condition. Modern layout made being stuck in a hotel very comfortable. Front desk service was warm and friendly, and I felt so welcome, even at midnight. Breakfast was good, and they coffee and tea 24/7. They also have a huge lobby space, great to kill time waiting for a flight or to work before check-in. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area. Walkability: Walking distance to other hotels, gas station, ATL west parking area, and the GICC Skytrain station. Not really much else in the area

New hotel and was very busy during checking. Found out on arrival, it was valet parking only. $28/day. Not sure how I missed that during booking, but I did. It is very convenient to rental car return. If arriving earlier, I would have returned the car and made the 2 block walk from the Gateway train terminal and avoided the vallet altogether. Rooms: New and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable, and blackout shades were a nice add. Had top floor, but I couldn't remember hearing a single plane while there.

The hotel and room itself are amazing! However, We have called the front desk multiple times about a noise complaint and the hallway (NOW OUR ROOM) smelling like marijuana. Nothing is being done. It is coming from the adjoining room. It is continuing to get worse, not better. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Nice and clean new hotel. The staff are welcoming and hardworking. If you're coming for a conference or getting off a flight this is a great place to be! Safety: Hotel/Convention center is safe but don't venture too far into the outskirts unless you know what you're doing.
