Comfort Inn Atlanta Airport

My wife booked the room in her name. The trip ended up being me and my dad and after arriving at midnight they wouldnt let me check in bc it was in my wifes name and not mine. Even though I had the card with me with her name on it and what the room was reserved with. Customer service at the desk and supervisor was rude and unkind

Not the best place to stay, the room smelled a bit stale, landline didn't work, sheets smelled musky. But the shuttle is pretty convenient to get to the airport.

Stop people from smoking in the rooms. Charge $1000 for cleaning!!!

Just off airport. Really the price got me here. Only needed a place to crash after a late night flight. But rooms were ok, beds were comfortable and free breakfast good.

Wouldnt stay here again. The price was right but overall not a good stay. When I arrived on the shuttle with others we heard two employees screaming expletives at each other in the office with the door open right behind the desk. There were also children in line with their families. One employee came out as if he would begin check in but said his car alarm was going off and he walked out and never came back. After ten minutes of waiting another guest knocked on the office door and asked for someone to help us. This employee was pleasant, quick, and helpful. The hotel had a bit of a smell as did my room. The parking lot lights were shining into my room all night with only a sheer curtain. Ill choose another hotel next time. Update: the hotel manager personally called me the next day to say she saw my review and checked the tapes as she was not there that not. She apologized for the wait time and said that was unacceptable. She said she reprimanded the employees. Do with that what you will.
