I called and scheduled an appointment, and the fact that a person picked up on the first ring was refreshing! She was very sweet and got me transferred to where I needed to be. They also picked up on first ring. And this lady was equally as kind as the first! Got my appointment made and was off the phone in under 3 minutes. At my appointment I had no wait, and the lady who saw me made my visit a pleasant one!

I was in dire need under dire circumstance, struggling with type one diabetes, neuropathy, and pain and nausea from it and they turned me away,🤕 they scheduled and an appointment for me l, i had to wait a whole month and then called the day before and said that i could not see the doctor. For what? They said because i missed some appointments, but i was not reminded also, they never once tryed a telemed visit or anything, this place is an evil company and they turn people away for reasons they can't control. What kind of doctor office does that? NOT A GOOD ONE. I if you have the opportunity to get entangled with these folks DONT because in the end you will be burned, people can't avoid the hardships of life and they care nothing about that. The only thing they care about is lining their pockets through greed and discrimination

Doctor Poss is absolutely amazing and really cares about his patients. His nurses are just as amazing!
