She is very sweet and caring. Always has been very nice and professional. Never in a hurry very patient to hear your concerns and explains everything so you understand. I would not ever change doctors unless she left the state.

I have been coming to this office for over two years. Dr. Rooks is a wonderful physician! She takes her time and makes sure that all your questions or concerns are answered and addressed. The appointment never feels like she is rushing to get out and on with her day. You feel like you're her only patient that day. The others in the office from the nurses to the front office are also nice and very helpful when calling in with a question or needing assistance.

I have been seeing Dr. Rooks since 2017 and she is a awesome Dr. The front office and nursing staff are also so caring and friendly right down to the lab. Dr. Rooks listens to my concerns takes the time to work out a plan we both agree with and we try it out. I have referred a friend to Dr. Rooks and told her she would be pleased.
