Great experience with James. Transferred my policies from another agency. He handled everything quickly and even got my premium reduced simply by asking a few relevant questions. Great guy. Knows his stuff and really cares. Highly recommended.

After being hit and the driver fleeing the scene I was giving a claim adjuster by the name of Julie Davis that could care less. I was made to believe that I wasnt covered with rental car insurance which had me extremely stressed out!! I drove around in an unsafe vehicle for a month trying to figure out how I was going to pay for my high deductible and a car rental. After being extremely frustrated, something told me to go see my nationwide agent In the local office. Im so glad I did. Agent Tiffany Miles literally turned my frown upside down. She got on top of it ASAP! She figured out I was covered!!! Thank god for her! Now Im in a safe vehicle while my car is being repaired. Thank you so much Tiffany! You really made my day!!
