        I feel that insurance agents must engage and respond in a meaningful and valuable way with clients and even with potential new clients. This place does not. My guess is that my quote may have come back much higher than expected but that's no excuse to not follow up even after I was trying to get an update for days. Very unprofessional!

        I canceled the insurance after two weeks and two months latter i am still being charged for the insurance. The agent David Cook will not return any of my phone calls, emails or text messages. Very unprofessional.

      Woodmont Insurance Group Previously, I worked for one major insurance carrier. During this time, I experienced many customers where their specific rates were very high, or unfortunately they were not covered at all. During that process, it got me thinking–how can I better serve my customers and community so they don’t experience this hardship? Then, it clicked! I knew if I wanted to serve my customers best, I needed to start my own independent agency where I can review multiple insurance carries for each customer to find them the lowest rates with the best coverage, thus eliminating high rates and denials. My heart is invested in my community and serving them to the best of my ability, so Woodmont Insurance Group was created to aid in this
