        Horrible customer service people extremely rude and unprofessional

        I would give a zero if I could. The staff is rude and refused to give managers name. Also they messed up account and took 2 weeks to fix their mistake. My wife has been in this branch on 3 different times and has left crying all three times. This branch has no idea what customer service is. The manager Amela caused many errors had to get fixed at another branch. And Tiffany is beyond rude and refused to do her job and help. I am switching banks immediately.

        So rude not only customer even with business customers too. They even don’t like to talk politely. Sometimes it’s seems like everything is our fault why we are there.

        Needed to make a small cash withdrawal. Bank refused to give me the 5s and 10s I asked for saying they didn’t have enough. I’m sorry…I thought this was a bank.
