Truist

This was the worst experience Ive had at a bank. Th banker that I was scheduled with did not give me a great experience. Before the appointment started, she asked if my mom was coming in with me which was a bit rude and unnecessary being that she didnt ask nor sit down first and check my information to ensure I was old enough to be there. She seemed as if she was in a rush and didnt want to work with me. I received misinformation prior to coming in regards to what documents were needed which caused me to waste my time. I passed it off as maybe it just wasnt a good day. After gathering the documents needed , I reached out to the bank and the relationship banker directly to schedule an appointment to continue the process and did not receive a response, however, I was able to schedule an appointment at another branch so hopefully all goes well.

The great people at this Branch is the reason why I utlize Truist for my personal and business banking needs. They always greet me with a smile and go the extra mile to help me when I visit the branch. This team has gone through multiple adjustments after the BBT & SunTrust merger. I was a former BB&T customer and have been very pleased with the excellent service I have received since working with this former SunTrust Team. I recommend them and believe with a little understanding, others will receive the same great customer service I enjoy from this team! :)

Absolutely the worst bank, and the rotten apples inside . Well they really could use some much needed education .. AND IF YOU SEE THIS IDIOT, runnnn!

Terrible! These people dont know how to do their jobs. I need to close a line of credit. No one in the branch knows how to do it. I had a Truist employee on the phone talk their branch manager Amella and their teller Dessie Vriha how to do it and it was still done incorrectly. The branch is the only place that can close a line of credit and no one there knows how to do it. Another rude teller just hung up on me and wont let me speak to the branch manager. I am at an impasse due to their laziness and extreme incompetence. Do not bank with Truist and do not waste your time trying to use the Canton Marketplace branch.

I gave them one star.only because No stars wasn't a option. This place is ridiculous. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Find another bank to do business with unless you like being treated like dirt !!!
