        Went to pick up truck. Used app. All went great till the app said see attendant for key. Went inside and told attendant where truck was as the app didnt work well in the building to get truck number. Attendant replied well honey we have lots of trucks out there and proceeded to basically take my phone from my hand. Got the key. Mentioned to the attendant that I would like to leave my car parked there for about an hour so someone could give me a ride. Refused to let me leave my car close to their building (even though there were several available spots). I told I would rather have my car closer to the building and her reply was nobody can see your car from in here anyways. Poor customer service. I know U-Haul isnt their only business but I would expect a kinder attitude.
