Pak Mail

One or more of the employees is an ABSOLUTE THIEF! Everytime I receive a greeting card it's ripped open. I've had more than $200 stolen that was sent as a birthday gift. Of course, Pak Mail says it isn't them. I won't be renewing my lease of the mailbox. If you use their services make sure your envelopes are sent taped up along the edges. Especially if you are expecting cash.

They claim to refund shipping costs if package is not delivered by guaranteed date. I paid for 2 day shipping ($72) my package did not arrive on time (set to arrive Wednesday, arrived on Friday) so I called to see if they could issue some sort of refund. They did not. Paid $72 for regular shipping Absolutely wasted money and time with them.

I had a package, expenses paid, a return from a customer, all they had to do was scan and print a label and send it... and they refused, they told me they didn't have anything to scan with, it was an excuse too dumb, or they simply didn't want to serve me, well, lousy service, if you're Hispanic or a person of color, I don't recommend you go there...

These ladies go out of their way to help each and every customer. I have never had a bad experience doing business here. So what if they close the door 5 minutes early to count down the registers and get home to their families at a decent hour. Maybe people should get there before5 minutes before closing time to conduct their business.

Tina did a stupendous job with our wide format needs. All the prints were printed ahead of schedule and she went above and way beyond to complete the ever changing requests with a smile. She is is true definition of surpreme customer service. Highly recommended and the quality was far better than expected.
