Had difficulty getting a label to return internet equipment and was told to go to local store. Natasha worked w/me for 30mins. and even repacked the box because I had forgotten there would need to have a receipt w/the equipment. She was so helpful!!

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! I upgraded to a new watch and 2 new phones. I was at this store 2 different times, Once for 5 hours and 2 1/2 hours to warranty my 2nd watch. never helped set up the phone or make sure everything is working. Now with issues they are not willing to help with any issues. I am now on my second watch and now on my 3rd watch and this one has problems. I have called store and T-Mobile care and not willing to make it right. I am trying to give them all of their equipment back go some where else for a phone provider or get new equipment. If you are local please go anywhere but this location.

The staff and store manager went above and beyond to help me obtain a needed receipt to help me get my iPhone replaced from insurance after losing my iPhone in the ocean in vacation. I would definitely go there if you want personal and exceptional service. Thanks so much!
