        Kyle is a true expert! I suspected that I had a mold issue but two different companies told me that they couldnt find anything. I sent a sample from my air filter off to a lab for analysis and the report showed that there was mold in fact preset. Not only was Kyle able to immediately detect the mold issue but he also educated me on the exact type of mold and where it comes from. My daughter and I are now breathing clean air after the remediation!

        DONT CALL ANYONE ELSE! Kyle is a true gentleman and honest businessman. I had a clean water pipe break and dump 2 minutes worth of water from my upstairs wall thru to my basement level. I had a different company, Ser Clean come out, the guy was here 3 min, and acted like I was in for a world of financial hurt. Told me on Friday I'd have an estimate on Monday. Then I called Kyle at Water & Mold solutions. Described what happened over the phone. He said I might be looking at a thousand dollars (which seemed reasonable vs what Ser Clean was acting like with the sky-is-falling attitude). He offered to make a special Saturday trip to my home to investigate (which he normally doesn't do), and drove 30 min to me. He looked around, told me it was Clean fresh water, cut a couple small holes to make sure there was no wet insulation, and told me I didn't need to do anything other than let it dry naturally! He didn't even want to charge me for the trip and time! (Of course I tossed him some cash anyways). Kyle is an honest man, a new father, and a blessing to our area of Georgia. If you read this review, look no further. Call Kyle. Tell him Patrick sent you. We are blessed to have this honest businessman in our community. THANK YOU KYLE. GOD BLESS YOU.
