They were very responsive and eager to take the job on and the mediation/demolition work went relatively well. The rebuild did not go as planned. There were multiple set backs on the start date and the communication was abysmal. I was asked to pick up a part/materials to then be told the next day I no longer needed to get it. I asked for a schedule at least 3 times throughout the process and was never provided one. I was asked to order the tile without any instructions as to how much I should be spending on the tile. Things only got worse when I asked for an invoice after they asked for the entire amount of money I had received so far from the insurance company. They accused me of trying to keep some of the insurance money. I went back and forth with Joey trying to get a detailed breakdown of the invoice and he could only provide the detail for invoices for the contractors he had used to complete some of the rebuild. He continually failed to provide the additional detail I asked for. Attached are pictures of the rebuild work completed. You can see cracking at the seams on the corner in the bathroom. Beside the bathtub is not sealed. The clumping of the putty used to repair the ceiling and the outline of the ceiling repair. They installed green board around the bathtub when cement board is what was covered on the claim and what is recommended to be used behind tile. I had to have this removed and cement board installed before the tile could be done. I would recommend using someone else and saving your money, time and energy.

Joey and his entire team did a phenomenal job on demo & mold remediation in our master bathroom. My husband and I are pretty skilled in remodel work, however, when we discovered mold in our shower area we decided to hire out the demo and leave it to the pros! I met with a few other companies to do my due diligence but had a great feeling from the jump with ASAP. Joey responded quickly and answered my many (many!) questions, we were scheduled within a timely manner, and our house was left spotless after a full day of demo. Overall, the ASAP EVAP team was timely, professional, and absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. I have to admit, I was over-ambitious thinking we could tackle that ourselves and am so glad we chose ASAP to help. It was absolutely worth the investment and I highly recommend them!
