My address is correct! UPS keeps listing address as incorrect. This is 6th time! They apologized and promised this would not happen again. Well yesterday it happened again and packed is now missing again!!! This is very important package! I called yesterday and lady apologized told me she spoke with driver and package would be delivered!!! I told her it was medication and we had to have it same day! It never came! She was just lying! Either certain drivers are stealing or certain drivers do not have the mental capacity to use Google maps! Because if certain ups packages are delivered why can't all of them.be delivered!!! Missing packages are usually the expensive things! If I pay for overnight shipping that is what I should get!!! It's lazy and unfair to just not deliver my package!!! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE! TALK TO YOUR DRIVER! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! FEDEX HAS NEVER MISSED 1 DELIVERY!

Very helpful people at this UPS hub. Norris W. is manager here and he always been helpful for pick as well and send multiple drivers as well to pick up packages.

the worst service you can hire to receive your deliveries, and especially this location the people who call you on the phone are the rudest and unpleasant thing you have ever heard on a phone line. I have had to go pick up my last 5 orders there from my house 20 minutes away, they invent a thousand excuses not to leave the shipment at my address, they say I should call to cancel, that there is a delay, that the delivery man says that It is a high value product.. etc etc.
