        Friendly and helpful staff. They're pretty quick with service. Call ahead to the site to verify your package is there. If you call the customer service number, they may not get it right. Accurate 2 out of 3 times. The one time they were off, it was a 45 min drive to where it was. Also, be aware that if you miss a delivery and receive a notice of a 2d attempt the next day, you may choose to pick up the package instead. If so, you may be charged for it. They don't always inform of you.
