Detailed eye exam with plenty of frames to choose from. Professional and friendly staff. I was in and out with all my questions answered. Highly recommend.

The people who work in front are very friendly, my son's appointment was at 4:15 they told us that there was a delay in the appointments until that moment everything was fine, the person who was taking care of my son I think her name is Jennifer, very friendly but the doctor had a terrible attitude and didn't care that we were there and started pressuring Jennifer telling her that she had to leave because it was almost 5:00, she ended up entering the exam room when they still hadn't finished attending to my son to tell us that she I was sorry but that I could no longer take care of my son and that if we wanted I could reschedule the appointment, nothing like this had ever happened to me, very unpleasant moment in which we lived because my son came out thinking that it was his fault for having been nervous about the exam.

This is my first experience with Visionworks. I called the office two or 3 times before I was able to speak with someone (my preference) to ask about my coverage. The lady who answered was quick but polite and told me what I needed to know. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and it took an hour to be called back. My protests were performed and I still waited 30 or 40 mins to see Dr. Man Bun. He was cool, thorough, but visibly ready to go home. I didn't like the selection of lenses because they only had a few for $70, and they were ungodly ugly! To be fair, the office was training a new tech and I overheard them discussing ways to move more quickly and efficiently to assist the high volume of patients. Everyone was nice, they checked on me, explained why they were taking so long and were really knowledgeable. To summarize, I am willing to give them a second chance because I have been wearing glasses since grade school. I'm in my 40s and this is the best prescription I've been given. I will only be ordering contacts from them since they cater to designer frames but they did have a nice selection for those who want them.

The appointment was very professional and efficient and did the job well. Omoh A. (Optician) was an amazing help and was so compassionate and really cared for the well-being of her clients. She looked out for me far more than I would have ever expected anyone to do and was very warm, patient, and kind with me. I will be coming back to Visionworks in Buford because of Omoh A. and the rest of the great service during the appointment. Omoh A. was one of the most understanding, motherly, and professional opticians I could have had the pleasure of working with, and I'm glad that my time was with her. She deserves the absolute best going forward! She truly rocks!! She cared more about my eye care and well being than I did myself and was more responsible about my eye health than I was that day.
