This by far was the worse Charleys experience I had and most expensive as she was just overcharging and the staff is horrible nobody to talk to about the rude service. Cant even get ahold of a manager or corprorate level they just hiring people that cant understand your issues nor try to resolve them as I paid for a large meal and she gon charge me an extra 4.77 for a large which the price said 13.79 and had already paid 17 and some change she rolling her neck like she got an attitude my fries were not a large and all they said was no manager there I will never go back to this location and encourage anybody who reads this not to neither.

I have ate many times at the buford mall and never have I or my family been treated as rude as we were at Charley's cheesesteak. The lady took our order we ate and one of my girls spilled their drink we went back to get a refill and she was wanting to charge like we never bought a drink and we had the cup. When we first put our order in she spoke in English but now she was saying she don't know English only Spanish but I know she knew what we talking about. Anyway it is poor management to have workers that know no English when we live in America and rude to your customers. This is not a place I will be eating again and I would suggest not eating there at all to save disappointment. There are better places to eat with friendly service in the mall. Not Charley's cheesesteaks.
