I am having an issue your employee’s performance. At Mall of Georgia manager Jonathan: Date and Time 5/25/16 time- 8: 05:51 PM order # 186 cashier Maria #100 I am dissatisfied with your service and product because my order was incomplete that ½ & ½ salad and panini was not in the bag when I got to my house. From that location is 10 miles. I have already attempted to resolve this problem calling the store and asking the manager to refund the money to send it on the US mail. He’s respond was the I need to go back (store) and he will gave it to me for free…. Something I have already paid for. He them transferred the phone to a lady my guess is that was Maria because she begins speaking Spanish that I did not understand the manager, (not this was a language varies) she also said the Cheli who was in the kitchen at the time was by herself with a lots of orders back up. Told her that was not my problem/ to get to her manager about that not me. I did state to her that I did not like her customer service skills. Her reply was shocking she said “if you don’t like it DOESN’T come back to Alt-Bread hang up the phone. I called several times with not respond. They are NASTY and RUDE.
