Hillman flooring assisted us in putting new carpet and LVP floors in our home. They were very diligent in helping us choose the best floors for our needs. Their team was knowledgeable about the product and always available to answer any questions. Their professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We are very pleased and will definitely use them for future projects!

Hillman was and is a class act organization that far exceeded our original expectations. We ultimately started with a bathroom remodel that ended up spilling over into hardwood floors and installing carpet. 1. Our bathroom remodel was beyond our expectations. Hana was great from the jump, she provided ample designs, came out to discuss the project and lended a consultative hand with our questions/ideas. She had great communication from pricing, options and oversight of the project. The actual installation team (Alejandro) was an artist when it came to execution of the project. He was consistently on time, clean, and kept us inform of all things happening. Ron (our project manager) was great with communication, continually showed up to the site, walked us through the progress and asked for our opinion when things came up. We also changed a few of our initial plans (including taking out an entire wall) as the project was coming together, Hillman was great in accommodating those an we didnt feel like we got nickeled and dined constantly with the project as the up front quote we got was was about 98% accurate. We went over budget by 2% even with our changes if that speaks to the due diligence up front and not being crushed with change orders. 2. Hardwood Install. This was a great experience as well. The job was completed in one day and the team cut all of the wood outside not making a mess in the home we were living in. They even sanded down historical uneven areas to make it flat and level throughout. It was LVP and the team matched the stain EXACTLY to the floor and it looks as if it was all originally put down at once.. there was one small (less than 1mm wide) gap from the floors settling, which is normal, and was corrected immediately. Their obsession with the small details and seeking perfection was borderline obsessive which is a great trait to have in construction! 3. Carpet Install. This was completed in one day as well, the team was clean, quick and completed their prep work outside of the house as well. The carpet choice provided by Hillman were absolutely perfect for what we ultimately wanted. We did have an issue with some minor damage to the shoe molding during install and Vinny/Ron personally came over and corrected the issues themselves immediately getting it resolved timely and accurately. Overall, it was an experience and team that we would and will continue to highly recommend. From design consultation, materials, timelines, cleanliness (!!!!) and execution far exceeded our expectations while never once feeling salesy or pushyit felt like we were their only customer focus at the time and they were committed to us along with the vision we hoped for.

Great people to work with from the Design Consultant (Hana) to the installers....had a quirky job but they rose to the challenge and highly recommend them..

Excellent selection and service. Staff is well versed in their product lines offered. Emma in particular was very helpful in our selection. I would definitely use Hillman Flooring again!
