This company sells empty promises and horrible products. You'll be sold that the carpet is able to be cleaned easily and if its not then he will come out and replace it at no charge and no hassle. Well BULL... He ignores you, won't respond, then he will say oh I need to come look at it then never does. Avoid this company!

I purchased my carpet in December 2019. I was not disappointed at the time. I was sold a guarantee that the carpet would not stain and I could used bleach and water to clean it. (Spots not the entire room on my hands and knThe bleach and water part is true...But I had it professional cleaned and the stains never really disappeared. They were lightened but were still there. I contacted Buford flooring about this, after a period of time they responded wanting pictures. I sent them. Then after another period of time I was messaged and said that I was to clean it with the half bleach and half water. I told them I knew that but Im not cleaning the whole room on my hands and knees. I told them I had had it professionally cleaned and it is stained. They said they needed to look at the flooring and could turn it into the manufacturer possibly. I said ok. Crickets. Nothing. Be careful with what you are sold. I wont be buying anything else from here.

Best place on earth to buy your flooring! Joe is very fair and extremely helpful. I will always go to and recommend this place!
