Went to Sage Dental because they were covered by insurance. Upon arrival, they used a $128 consult fee to influence me to get the root canal. After the 30 second consult, I received an estimate with one line covered by insurance and another coded so that its not covered by insurance. After questioning what it was, it was explained that its part of the root canal, but special tools are needed and that is what this extra line is for. Im not in the field, so Im not sure if this is standard procedure, but it felt like this was used to add in additional cost for the regular root canal. Does not feel like a dental facility that is interested in the care for the patients, but rather collecting fees. Very disappointed in the experience.

The first dental office that I went to was a joke. They didnt even do a full exam on me so I didnt have a scope of what was really going on. From the moment that I walked in everybody at Sage was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked out of there, knowing exactly what I needed and the best way for me to get everything done. I definitely will be referring Sage dental to anyone! Especially here in Buford they have gone above and beyond!

Sage Dental Buford supports my entire family with all of our dental needs. Our Hygienist Nicole is fast, proficient, gentle and explains her processes in detail. I could never trust my families oral care with any other hygienist.
