Dr Paul Mitrofan is the best dentist !
I went to 3 other dentists here in GA; they could not help me, and recommended me extractions.
I found Dr Mitrofan, he saved my teeth. He put a lot of meticulous work and time in saving my teeth. He didnt choose the easy way. He did what was best for me.
I am very grateful!

I had an appointment on 3/24/23 at 10am, I attended the appointment, Was given an amount of $50 to pay for services, by the dentists wife & front desk rep, due to having an unmet deductible of $50. I made a cash payment to her and scheduled my appointment for my deep cleaning and fill in/extractions for June. (Had a full conversation about my eligibility of benefits, the hygeneists schedule etc)
3 weeks later I get a bill in the mail from insurance company stating I owed $71, and that no payments were reported.
The Dentist reaches out himself to collect the full balance, and I inform him of the date, the person I spoke to, the sequence of events, the form I received in regards to my cash payment, I inform him also of the outfit I was wearing and purse I had the day of to find me easier on security footage.
I even paid the remaining $21 of the bill understanding the full balance needed paid to receive further services.
The following day I receive the voicemail below stating they have no evidence of payment and they have strict policies so they would've known if I did make a payment. I then argued the fact that it is not my responsibility to keep record of financial transactions that took place inside of the business. After going back and forth and him continuing to imply that I am being un honest about a $50 payment, he then demands respect from me because he is "a doctor". I then got very frustrated and asked him why he was demanding respect due to his career status, and why he was trying to be dishonest in his business ventures by over collecting and over reporting. When faced with such criticism he then suggests we should no longer have a provider-patient relationship. Truly leaving this review because we are all humans, though people may have a degree or title they still perform negligent actions.I hope none have truly affected the health of a patient, luckily it was just a $50 payment. Imagine if I made a large payment or something happened. I could only imagine his response then
