        Their associate Abbra was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, very patient, and even stayed late to ensure we were taken care of! She is a true asset to AT&T! Highly recommended this location, and Abbra particularly!

        Ask to see an itemized review of whatever you're having done before you leave. Went in for a trade in. Got our phone bill and there's a $17/month per person protection plan and a $6/month per person "next upgrade" they signed us up for completely without our knowledge or consent.

        Employee-Abarra was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were getting new phones IPhone15 pro max from a iPhone 8 Plus. She was so helpful with every step of the process. Even though it took longer( past closing to complete everything) we never felt rushed. She continued to be kind, helpful, and personable. Highly recommend!
