Not a corporate store! Please go somewhere else as this is a completely unnecessary step to join T-Mobile. Lori the manager is incompetent and will blame YOU the customer or her employees whenever she makes a mistake (which is quite often). None of the employees are really interested in helping you once they take your money, you are left to sit on hold for hours at 611, the customer service line. Run away from this store!

Went to the store and Lori and the team were able to take care of me. It was a bit of a process since my account is complicated, but they knew what to do and were really friendly throughout the process. I would suggest you go to this store if possible. You're awesome Lori, thank you!!!

I've been to this store many times and this visit had 2 young girls working. I went to get back on TMobile bc I strayed to a diff company and had no idea at the time they didn't have bluetooth. Anyway, none of the stores had the free phone and the store had no substitute. I left disgusted that customer service has gone to the gutter. They told me to order it and come back when I get it. I was really upset w them and might just go to another one and do business. I also believe more training is necessary when people are in that line of work. Ugghhh
