Everyone that we have dealt with at Pruitt is amazing. We had our AC stop working, they came out the same day. They got the AC working quickly, were super kind and understanding (it was very hot that day and we had someone ill in the house). We use them for regular maintenance and they have been really great all around. They are really good about explaining everything they are doing and answering any questions we had. Great company to use for heating and air condition problems that arise. They quote [written] a price for the job and stick to that price.

Our family just moved to this area into a home we had renters in for almost 2 decades. Naturally, work needed to be done after the renters left. The family have had the hardest time finding 1) Reasonable Contractors (not charging 2k for a deck build or 11K+ for a HVAC work in a modest size basement). 2) Contractors that know what they are doing 3) Contractors that keeping to their word. This company set the bar bell to high when it comes to meeting the requirements above. They gave us Fair price, provided outstanding work, and professionalism. The ductwork they installed was better than what the house originaly came with, and they worked around that same duct work. The workers are quality people that I wish everyone could have as neighbors. We really enjoyed their services and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again, I hope you all stay in business for a long time, and mentor new employees to be exactly as you are now. If you are going to copy a cat, be sure to copy the right cat.
