Camelia Apartments

This is APT which has the worst management team in the city of Brunswick GA, the representative speaks very rudely and grumpily like an illiterate person, APT is very old and dirty, the rent is extremely high, never seen before. Never see that APT hires bad managers like this, APT replaces 5 to 10 different managers a year, all of them are illiterate people who speak rudely. I advise people never to move in to this APT. This leads to loss of money and even more anger about the management team's behavior

Just moved in 2 weeks ago. Chandra was super helpful and the apartment is BEAUTIFUL!!!

It's a crappy apartment because they don't have a good management style and a problem-solving manager. I've been a tenant there for many years and my rent was $845, but this year they increased it to $1380 and I said I don't accept that I'm moving. They asked for 60 days notice, but how am I supposed to give you 60 days notice when my contract is up in 20 days? He asked the tenant to move out 60 days in advance without informing him to renew the contract, and he did not return the deposit to me. I was so disappointed with the way they were handled that I wanted more people to know about them and be careful, but of course I've moved.
