The appertment is beautiful. The community is wonderful to be around. Everyone I have met so far had been a pleasure to be around. The staff are very helpful and kind. They informed us of everything and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. The amenities are very well maintained and I cant wait to use them more in the future.

Pointe grand is the most beautiful apartment complex ive ever lived at! From all the modern amenities to all the different layouts you can choose from! They keep the property to nice and clean it just feels more at home here!

The amenities are great. Pool and Gym well maintained. They organise a lot of events, that's fun. I love the situation. It's close to the highway, close to the airport, to the shops, ideal! The staff are very friendly, always polite and efficient.

Pionte Grand staff are great. Hillpiont staff are not. They will enter without warning with master code to doors. People that live here are 50/50. Contractors value money over quality so the building have alot of issues. Velofi internet is horrible. Thin walls so you can hear everything. Lanier Landing residents will hop the fence and steal everything. Have a good camera system to protect yourself. Other than that its a decent place to stay.

Still moving in, but great so far. Everything is clean and feels brand new. I looked at an apartment on Monday and was moving in on Friday. The process was very easy and staff very accommodating.
