        Dana and Ryan Hood are the best! They show up to every inspection on your home. Other realtors try to handle multiple clients at once, they don't. They give you their all to get the best customer service from them. Ask them about Homes for Heros!! It's a great program!

        Making a decision about selling and/or buying a home can be daunting. With us being new to the area we needed agents who were professional, experienced, well connected and knowledgeable. The Hoods and their team at Impact Group Real Estate have been guiding us since January 24th, 2021 whilst we were still in Scotland! When we decided to go ahead with our decision, the team presented us with insight, facts, figures and connections to support us in our journey, which in my mind wouldn't have been possible with any other agent. We had our fair share of challenges during our house sale, but this is where Dana and her team shined! Their well-connected network enabled us to navigate through the challenges and find our way to the house we've been dreaming of. This is where "thanks" or even 5 stars isn't enough.
