        Saw Lori and she was great. Showed us some plots that are available and allowed us to look at a house that is being build so we could see the quality of the Builder. Great place to live.

        If you are buying a home in Chateau Elan DO NOT use this agency. The agency is terrible. The broker has no control over the agents in the office. They insist on hiring a specific home inspector who delivers a list of items that are patently false. Even when cleared by independent contractors they fight to maintain there are issues and insist only their friends can make the repair. When a repair is agreed to they say dont repair it, just take money off and we will ensure the buyers use their people. Amazingly the quotes the brokerage receives are three to four times higher than the quotes independently obtained. This is a great neighborhood but dont let this agency wreck your view of it.
