Gym itself needs some serious attention though, missing, or uneven tiles, holes in the ceilings and walls, and no drink machines for the waiting parents.

This is not a park. It is a private pond in a neighborhood. There is no waking path nor any place to park, additionally there are "no parking" signs along the road.
