        DO NOT RENT UHAUL HERE. Same experience as others - Trailer was there, however no one from Dyess Belair Auto LLC was present. Wasted my time, money, and effort.

        Don't even try to rent a U-Haul here. I reserved a trailer through the U-Haul site. The trailer was there, but no one was there to rent it from. U-Haul was able to change my location to a nearby rental. Just use Frank Wilson's Equipment Rental and save yourself some time and frustration.

        Showed up to return my rental.and no.one was there at 3:15 pm. I waited knocking and calling for 40 minutes before calling U-haul to get a different drop location. I'm convinced that they wanted me to drop it without them receiving it so they could get the $20 convenience fee. I called them at least 15 times while waiting since they may have been busy but after waiting 40 minutes I realized I was waiting my time. While I was waiting trying to find them two other customers showed up and couldn't get in touch with them either. I highly recommend staying away from this shady place and go to one of the bigger and better locations where they won't waste your time.
